Lives under ladders, and sleeps with black cats

Coming to the realisation that you are bad at something you thought you may have been slightly good at is perhaps one of the worst feelings in the world.
This feeling forces your mind to forget the other things you may be good at, henceforth causing a drop in self esteem.
Others may cause this drop to become worse, by showing off their own skills, or simply being excellent at said thing.

I bought a brown notebook today. It will be Ryan-ed, vintage-d and filled with words.
